*Scratch & Dent* 2024 Dominican Red Mountain Boa (AthDar24-16) - SOLD!
*Scratch & Dent*
High red DRMB baby. Super calm. Sweet too.
Moves onto my hand to come up. Adorable!
After thorough examination of this boa baby, in my professional opinion as a veterinarian, it appears that the bent tail occurred as a result of an accident, probably during birthing. The crook is located about an inch from the tail tip and appears to be an healed break rather than a deformity. Its vertebral column is otherwise perfectly normal with no lumps, bumps, bulges, nor any other irregularities. See photo of tail crook.
Nevertheless, we have reduced its price, which would be $625 unsexed if it had not injured its tail.
And yes, it sheds completely and normally, including the entire tail skin.
Eating appropriately sized f/t mice
Photo of adult DRMB is of a very high red, 3 year old, full sibling to this baby boa.
